Order Cancellation:

• Cancellation Period: You may cancel your order within twenty-four (24) hours of placing it to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period shall not be accepted.
• Cancellation Process: To initiate the cancellation of your order, please contact our customer service team at info@mrjooo.com. Your request must include your order number and the reason for the cancellation.

Refunds:

• Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, the mattress must be returned within hundred (100) days of delivery. Due to the time, it may take for your body to adjust to improved support, we require that you sleep on the mattress for a minimum of twenty-one (21) days. The mattress must be in its original condition and packaging, free from stains, odors, and damages.

To be eligible for a refund for all other products purchased from Mr. Jooo, such products must be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery. The product must be clean, undamaged, free from stains and odors, and in its original packaging.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@mrjooo.com. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions and a shipping label.
• Refund Amount: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned mattress or any other product from Mr. Jooo, we will process your refund. The refund amount shall exclude any shipping costs incurred during the initial purchase.

Exclusions:

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders and items designated as final sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Damaged or Used Mattresses: Mattresses that exhibit signs of damage or have been used beyond reasonable testing shall not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds for products purchased from Mr. Jooo will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days following our receipt of the returned mattress. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
