• Standard Shipping: Mr. Jooo hereby offers free standard shipping on all orders placed across India. The estimated delivery timeframe for such shipments shall generally be within seven (7) to fifteen (15) business days from the date of order, subject to any unforeseen circumstances.

For custom size mattresses, Mr. Jooo estimates the delivery timeframe to be within fifteen (15) to twenty (20) business days. We will notify our customer of any anticipated delays in the delivery schedule via electronic mail (email) or short message service (SMS).

• Expedited Shipping: Mr. Jooo may provide expedited shipping options at an additional cost. Interested parties are encouraged to contact our customer service department for further details and to ascertain the availability of such options.

Order Processing

Orders shall typically be processed within one (1) to two (2) business days following the confirmation of payment. Upon shipment of the order, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery Information

• Delivery Window: The delivery partners of Mr. Jooo will provide an estimated delivery window for the arrival of the mattress. Customers are advised to ensure that a representative is available to receive the mattress during the specified timeframe.
• Delivery Method: Mattresses are generally delivered via curbside delivery. Should the customer require inside delivery or setup services, such requests must be made at the time of purchase, and additional fees may apply for these services.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon delivery of the mattress, the customer is encouraged to inspect the product for any visible damage. In the event that any issues are identified, the customer shall document such damage and notify Mr. Jooo within 24 hours of the delivery to facilitate any necessary claims.
